Highmark Homes, is a fast growing Builder of New Homes in Melbourne and regional Victoria. We seek outstanding individuals who share our vision and commitment to for delivering quality customer service for our valued customers.

This growth means we require a new Sales Professional to join our friendly and driven team. This is a very rewarding and challenging sales role in one of Highmark Homes display homes situated in a popular estate in western Melbourne

You will a key member of high performing Sales team and a great support network of professionals assisting you to deliver a great home for your client.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding clients requirements needs and delivering suitable solutions
  • Welcoming and managing display home guests and creating sales leads
  • Following up leads and achieving set sales targets
  • Providing customers with exceptional customer service

To be the successful candidate you will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales and/or customer service role is preferred but not essential
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work all weekends
  • A professional approach to creating new sales opportunities
  • Exceptional presentation and an eye for detail
  • Able to build genuine rapport quickly
  • High level customer service skills
  • Well developed organisational and client management capabilities
  • Competent with a range of IT applications and software
