– The promotion includes a no-cost swap of gas ducted heating and split system cooling for a Rinnai ducted reverse cycle system.
– The Rinnai Ducted Reverse Cycle System provided is a a Day/Night zoned system. The system includes 2 x zones & only 1 x zone to be operated at one time in both heating and cooling modes.
– The promotion is open to customers of Highmark Homes building a Standard Plan (Custom Homes not eligible) and who opt for the Complete Living Inclusion Packages (Easy Living & Starter Inclusion Packages not eligible).
– The promotion is valid for a limited time and applies to the first 20 eligible customers who fulfill the criteria.
– The promotion may include products or services provided by our partners, and customers are subject to the terms and conditions of these partnered brands.
– The installation of the ducted reverse cycle system will be carried out by qualified technicians designated by Highmark Homes.
– Any warranty or guarantee associated with the new system will be subject to the terms provided by the manufacturer.
– Any additional modifications or upgrades beyond the standard inclusion packages are not covered by this promotion and will be subject to additional costs.
